By accessing the phnjoy website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with the phnjoy platform.

phnjoy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the phnjoy platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their phnjoy account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the phnjoy Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform, all of which form part of your agreement with phnjoy.

To register and use phnjoy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phnjoy strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in line with Philippine gaming regulations. The platform is not available to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phnjoy or any associated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phnjoy platform for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phnjoy or by PAGCOR.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. phnjoy reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

One account per player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on phnjoy. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. phnjoy employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phnjoy login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. phnjoy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Notification of unauthorised access. If you believe your phnjoy account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phnjoy immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. phnjoy will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

Account activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your phnjoy account while you are logged in, or where your login credentials have been used. phnjoy reserves the right to void bets or transactions that are suspected to have been made by an unauthorised third party, pending investigation.

Inactive accounts. phnjoy defines an inactive account as one that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phnjoy reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in line with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fees are applied.

phnjoy supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your phnjoy account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instantaneous, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the phnjoy Payment page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payment page. phnjoy aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

KYC verification. Identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is mandatory for all withdrawal requests above ₱10,000 or cumulatively above ₱50,000 within a thirty (30) day period. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance framework.

• phnjoy will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been used by the player for deposits, or to an account in the player's own verified name.
• phnjoy reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, regardless of the relationship between the player and the third party.
• Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or mobile wallet provider when receiving phnjoy withdrawals.

phnjoy offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms here and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a phnjoy account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unmet requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus eligibility. Each phnjoy bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. phnjoy reserves the right to refuse, rescind, or claw back any bonus where:

• The player has opened multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• The player has engaged in low-risk, high-frequency betting patterns designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse").
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player does not meet the published eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.

Deposit bonuses. Where a bonus is contingent on a qualifying deposit, the minimum qualifying deposit amount and the method of bonus activation (auto-credited or opt-in) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonuses — this will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on phnjoy are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game category. Sports betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game rules, and bingo room rules are published within the relevant sections of the phnjoy platform and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Bet acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until phnjoy has issued a bet confirmation and the wager appears in the player's bet history. phnjoy reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Where a bet is refused, any funds deducted from the player's balance in anticipation of the bet will be returned immediately.

Errors and technical faults. In the event that a game, odds display, or live betting feed contains an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced odds, software malfunctions, or data feed errors — phnjoy reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions. Players who knowingly exploit pricing or technical errors will be subject to account suspension.

Live betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance windows, late bet cancellation, and event suspension. phnjoy will not be liable for delays in live data feeds that affect live betting odds or market availability.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and game types on phnjoy. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game, event, or player account tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phnjoy platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. phnjoy reserves the right to suspend, terminate, and report accounts engaged in any of the following:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering — using phnjoy to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. phnjoy complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format on phnjoy.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with phnjoy games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Match-fixing and insider knowledge — placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or any involvement in match-fixing activities.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one phnjoy account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or evading account restrictions.
• Exploiting technical errors — knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes on the phnjoy platform.
• Underage gambling — registering on phnjoy if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 in accessing and using the platform.

phnjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or escaping personal problems. phnjoy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your phnjoy account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phnjoy content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on phnjoy software or content.
• Use the phnjoy brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phnjoy platform using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phnjoy's total cumulative liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or related to the use of the phnjoy platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

phnjoy expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the phnjoy platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, server failures, third-party payment provider outages, or events outside phnjoy's reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures).
• Delays in live data feeds affecting in-play betting markets.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to protect their phnjoy login credentials.
• Any actions taken by phnjoy in good faith to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes phnjoy's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

phnjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data from Filipino players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering on phnjoy, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the phnjoy Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Personal data collected by phnjoy — including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and gaming history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting. phnjoy does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data phnjoy holds about them, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where there is no legal obligation to retain it. Such requests may be submitted to [email protected].

phnjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, phnjoy will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered players.

Your continued use of the phnjoy platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phnjoy support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the phnjoy platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the phnjoy platform, you should first contact phnjoy's customer support team via live chat or email. phnjoy will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through phnjoy's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the relevant regulatory authority.

phnjoy participates in PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for licensed gaming operators and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR on behalf of a Filipino player.
